Ā Insurance Verification: Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance details.
Ā Process Payments: Handle post-payment tasks with precision.
Ā Data Management: Submit client information and maintain organized records in Dentrix and CRM systems.
Ā Collaborate with the Team: Communicate effectively with the office and internal team to maintain seamless operations.
Who You Are:
Ā Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ā Experienced in phone support and customer service.
Ā Reliable and able to work standard office hours in EST or MST time zones.
Ā Organized with strong attention to detail.
Ā Proficient in Dentrix and familiar with CRM tools (preferred).
Ā Tech-savvy, with basic computer skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
