Role Description

As a Content Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of digital content across online platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
• Executing and optimizing daily and advanced content curation tasks across written publications and audio content.
• Writing and reporting relevant bugs and errors using best practices through internal database system.
• Managing escalations related to metadata, content integrity, and platform quality.
• Prioritizing tasks and issues quickly and efficiently.
• Balancing workloads across a distributed team to ensure throughput and coverage.
• Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow guides, and training materials.
• Identifying gaps in processes and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce error rates.
• Adhering to project-specific quality standards as per client guidelines.
• Completing assigned tasks in a quality and timely manner.

Qualifications
• Ability to work from home in a secure environment.
• Native-level or fully bilingual fluency (both spoken and written language) in required language(s).
• Native language skills and cultural awareness of native country.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience with MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to navigate networks and websites with different browsers.
• Position may be exposed to content that could be construed as offensive.
