Role Description
This role involves ensuring every closing document is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time while helping borrowers cross the finish line with confidence.
ā¢ Review and audit all loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
ā¢ Draft closing documents and assemble complete closing packages.
ā¢ Work closely with team members and third parties to coordinate title work and ensure accurate Closing Disclosures (CDs).
ā¢ Collaborate with Loan Officers, Loan Coordinators, and Underwriters to clear final conditions.
ā¢ Troubleshoot and solve issues quickly to keep files on track and timelines intact.
ā¢ Stay up to date on guidelines, processes, and compliance requirements.
ā¢ Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the process.
Qualifications
ā¢ At least 1-year experience in a mortgage operations role (processing, disclosures, or similar).
ā¢ Preferably have experience working with multiple loan products (FHA, Conventional, and USDA).
ā¢ Highly organized and love administrative work with clear expectations and deadlines.
ā¢ Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and over the phone.
ā¢ Stay calm and focused when things get busy or timelines get tight.
ā¢ Can manage your own time and stay productive in a fully remote environment.
Requirements
ā¢ Detail-driven individuals who excel in fast-paced, process-heavy environments.
ā¢ Familiarity with borrower pipelines, regulatory timelines, and internal communications is essential.
