Role Description
Fragomen, an Am Law 100 Firm and the leading global immigration services provider, is seeking an experienced and technically skilled Business Analyst. This role will work on one of our growing technology products and will involve technical support, business analysis, and some development projects. This is a great role for those who have worked in technology roles and want to grow their experience in supporting custom applications. Working with a small team, the Business Analyst will:
• Assist the front-line team with escalated inquiries.
• Build additional tools for the team to resolve recurring issues.
• Manage a ticket system, identify trends, and develop tools to compensate.
• Communicate across teams (technical and non-technical), document your work, and occasionally coordinate with client technical teams.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficient in T-SQL, with the ability to write and interpret complex queries.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage a consistent workload.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Knowledge of .NET, React, and/or Git is a plus.
