Job Title: Talent Sourcer / Recruiter We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to help generate a warm pool of candidates for an Operations Manager role based in India. This is an entry-level / associate role. There is no need to conduct screening or interviews — your responsibility is simply to pass candidate contacts to the company’s recruiter.
