High Volume Recruiter - Remote RPO Consultant (Intuit)

The High-Volume Recruiter is responsible for managing recruiting, including screening and submitting candidates provided, while also asking probing questions. It demands technical proficiency, multitasking abilities, polished communication skills, and organization skills in a high-volume environment. This REMOTE SEASONAL CONTRACT role will start on October 20th and will wrap up in early January 2026. This position will start at $24+ per hour based on experience. Primary Job Functions • 2+ years of recruiting experience, high-volume recruitment is a plus • Experience recruiting in a metrics-driven environment with heavy phone time required. • Ability to build effective relationships with the recruiting team and candidates • Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing • Ability to remain adaptable and flexible • Strong candidate experience focus • Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking • PC Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate within the various technology systems Required • Industry: 2+ years of recruiting experience • Education: High school diploma or equivalent Nice to Have • Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree ManpowerGroup is committed to helping our employees achieve their career goals while enjoying a strong total rewards package and award-winning culture.
