High Volume Recruiter (Hybrid-Remote)

The Facilities Group (TFG) is the fastest-growing janitorial and facility services provider in the United States, headquartered in Tampa, FL. They are seeking a skilled High Volume Recruiter to join their HR team, responsible for identifying hiring needs, filling job openings, and collaborating with hiring managers in a remote setting. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and emails with recruitment queries Call applicants and sourced candidates to review job openings and schedule for interviews Source passive candidates through online databases Conduct phone interviews with candidates and take detailed notes during their interview Determine whether candidates are qualified for a position and make recommendations for hire or extend offers Collaborate with hiring managers and the rest of the recruitment team in a remote setting Update candidate statuses with correct notes and updates in ATS (ADP Workforce Now) Use best practices when speaking with candidates and making recommendations for hire Organize and attend in-person hiring events and job fairs as needed Abide by various internal processes and practices to ensure efficiency and legal compliance Other relevant tasks and projects assigned by department manager Skills 1+ year(s) of experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally in a service industry Located in San Antonio Able to travel for in-person training in Tampa, FL The ability to conduct different types of interviews Experience with recruitment processes, ATS, and online databases Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to collaborate and work well in a remote team setting Proven customer service skills with the ability to answer questions Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and work well with minimal supervision Authorized to Work in the US - We Use eVerify Bi-lingual English/ Spanish Associate's degree in any field Previous hybrid or remote experience Benefits Health Vision Dental Life Matching 401k Vacation Company Overview National Aviation Services offers airport janitorial services, aircraft appearance, aircraft maintenance, and airport security services.
