High-Ticket Sales Closer (Remote, Commission Only)
Own It Coaching is looking for an elite-level high-ticket closer who knows how to turn interested leads into committed clients. This is not your typical sales job. If you thrive in a high-performance environment, have a proven track record of closing $3K–$15K+ offers, and are ready to take full control of your income—this role is built for you.
We are not selling widgets. We sell transformation—and we need a closer who can handle high-stakes conversations, challenge limiting beliefs, and confidently guide business owners, professionals, and high-achievers into making the best decision of their lives.
What We Do:
Own It Coaching provides high-level coaching to individuals seeking breakthroughs in identity, mindset, discipline, and leadership. Clients come to us when they know they’re capable of more—but can’t get past what’s holding them back.
As demand for our programs grows, we’re looking to bring on a closer who understands the weight of transformation and the power of skilled sales.
This Role Is NOT for You If:
• You’re looking for a salary and guaranteed income
• You get uncomfortable handling objections or emotional conversations
• You need constant oversight and motivation to perform
This Role IS for You If:
• You are a proven closer with 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales
• You’ve sold coaching, consulting, agency retainers, or other premium offers
• You know how to lead enrollment conversations with clarity and authority
• You are energized by commission-only compensation and the freedom it brings
• You are internally driven and thrive under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
• Close high-ticket coaching programs via Zoom sales calls (avg. $5K–$15K)
• Lead powerful, consultative conversations that create clarity and urgency
• Navigate objections with confidence, empathy, and skill
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-ups, and pipeline hygiene
• Hit or exceed weekly/monthly revenue goals based on performance benchmarks
Compensation & Benefits:
• 100% Commission Only
• High-Earning Potential: Top closers earn $125K–$210K+ annually
• Flexible remote work schedule (U.S. time zones preferred)
• Weekly team meetings, coaching, and feedback loops
• Full CRM and lead support provided—your job is to close
• Work directly with a mission-driven team of high performers
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-ticket closing
• Strong understanding of sales psychology, rapport building, and objection handling
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
• Experience with HubSpot, GHL, or equivalent CRM systems (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and meet performance-based expectations
