Your primary responsibility will be to convert leads into high-value clients, utilizing your persuasive communication skills and sales strategies. Here's a high level of the Compensation Structure Overview (USD):
Daily Lead Flow: 8 - 15 warm, inbound leads/day.
Close Rate Expectation: Targeting 5-10 deals per week, translating to a 10-20% close ratio (20-40 closes per month).
Commission Structure: $500-$700 per closed deal.
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
Monthly Compensation: $14k - $28k/month based on performance.
Annual Compensation: $168k - $336k/year.
