We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven High-Ticket Closer to join our team. We provide premium career advancement services to executives and senior-level professionals, helping them land their next role faster through a proven, results-driven process. You’ll conduct consultations with qualified, inbound leads, guiding them through a consultative sales process, clearly articulating the value of our services, addressing objections, and closing deals with confidence and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct 3–7 scheduled Zoom consultations per day with qualified inbound leads (no cold calling).
• Follow a proven sales process while tailoring conversations to each prospect’s unique needs.
• Actively listen to identify pain points and align solutions to client goals.
• Confidently present service details, pricing, and payment options.
• Address objections in a consultative and empathetic manner.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM.
• Maintain a minimum 23% close ratio each month (higher close rates are rewarded).
• Attend regular team calls for training, feedback, and performance review.
Requirements
• Proven track record as a high-ticket closer (preferably $3K+ offers) with consistent performance metrics.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover needs and build rapport quickly.
• Experience handling objections and closing sales over Zoom or phone.
• Reliable high-speed internet, professional video setup, and quiet environment for calls.
• Ability to work independently and follow a structured sales process.
• Comfortable working on a commission-only basis (with performance-based incentives).
• Availability during standard business hours (no evenings or weekends required).
Compensation
• Commission-only, paid per closed deal.
• Minimum $10,000/month potential income with uncapped earnings for higher performance.
