B2B HIGH-TICKET SALES CLOSER – $25/HR + COMMISSION

we help contractors grow using a proven lead generation system — and we’re looking for a driven, coachable sales closer who wants to earn solid money while working with a fast-paced, winning team.
the pay:
• $25/hour base
• 7% commission on every sale ($420 per close)
• consistent closers are making $6K–$9K/month
• booked inbound calls daily with qualified construction business owners
your responsibilities:
• take inbound sales calls with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
• follow up daily with open deals to push them across the finish line
• call no-shows and plug them into new calendar slots
• stay sharp, follow the script, and keep the pipeline hot
• update CRM with notes, status, and progress (you’ll live in the pipeline)
• stay coachable — we’ll train you weekly to help you close more
you’re a fit if you:
• have experience closing B2B high-ticket deals (ideally in marketing or service-based offers)
• can speak with contractors and tradespeople comfortably
• thrive on competition and want to be the top closer on the team
• are highly organized and follow up like a machine
• want a mix of reliable pay + big upside

• you’ve never closed over the phone
• you don’t follow up with leads
• you can’t handle fast-paced environments or constructive feedback
