High School Paraprofessional Significant/Severe Caseload | Littleton, CO | Full-Time, Onsite
Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with the Littleton, CO school district to fill a High School Paraprofessional role for the upcoming school year. This is a 36-hour/week, full-time, onsite position supporting students with significant/severe needs. The contract runs through May 22, 2026 with potential for renewal based on performance and district needs.
Position Details:
ā¢ Support students with significant/severe disabilities in both academic and non-academic settings
ā¢ Assist teachers with classroom management, instructional support, and behavioral strategies
ā¢ Provide one-on-one or small group support as assigned
ā¢ Support students with daily living skills as needed
ā¢ Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized education plans (IEPs)
ā¢ Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
Position Requirements:
ā¢ Minimum 1 year of experience working in schools
ā¢ Significant/Severe Caseload experience strongly preferred
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent
ā¢ Must meet Colorado state paraprofessional qualifications (passing ParaPro assessment OR 48 college credit hours OR associate degree)
ā¢ Reliable transportation required
ā¢ Ability to provide professional references
Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.
Compensation & Benefits:
ā¢ Hourly pay: $20ā$25/hour, dependent on experience
