Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for our valued customers and ensure their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Provide accurate information about products and services
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
