High Level Bookkeeper (Quickbooks Online Expert) PST Remote

Are you a motivated high level bookkeeper with a passion for technology and a vision for the future? Do you also possess advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online software?
If so, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team that can provide the exceptional service our clients expect. In this fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, you will play a crucial role in managing existing clients, converting new leads and streamlining processes.
Responsibilities
Ā Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Ā Covert new leads and complete clean up/catch up projects
Ā Daily communication with clients and team members (email, calls, Zoom)
Ā Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Ā Manage accounts payable/receivable and payrolls
Ā Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
Ā Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ā Provide account analysis and cash flow forecasting
Ā Consult junior bookkeeping staff and collaborate to streamline processes
Ā Utilize 3rd party applications with Quickbooks Online/Embrace new technology
Ā Collaborate closely with the CEO to drive sustainable company growth
Qualifications
Ā Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ā Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Ā Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Ā Extensive experience with Quickbooks Online accounting software (QBO Advanced Certification)
Ā Extensive understanding of GAAP (prepaid, accrued, cash/accrual basis accounting)
Ā Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis effectively
Ā Experience with financial cash flow forecasting and budgeting
Ā Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
