Requirements
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Basic understanding of computer hardware and software

Responsibilities
– Provide first-level contact and issue resolution
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
– Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
– Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries
– Log all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
– Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
