Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of computer systems and software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Document and track customer issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service
