Help Wanted Ad – China Sourcing & Vendor Coordinator (Remote)
About Us National Cellular USA, Inc. is a fast-growing consumer electronics company based in Linden, NJ. We manufacture and distribute tech accessories under multiple brands across major retailers and marketplaces. As our team expands, we’re looking for a Sourcing & Vendor Coordinator to help strengthen relationships with our overseas factories and keep product pipelines moving smoothly. Your First 30 Days - Learn our internal purchasing and be responsible for entering POs accurately - Coordinate PO shipments and update internal systems with tracking numbers, arrival times, etc - Work with our team to evaluate new sourcing opportunities based on price, features, MOQ, and other parameters - Begin engaging directly with vendors via email, chat, and video calls By 90 Days - Understand which factory partners are most important to our business - Take full ownership of several factory relationships - Schedule and lead regularly scheduled check-in calls with key factories - Identify new product opportunities from existing vendors - Identify new vendors with product opportunities we should explore - Prepare demand forecast report and follow up with vendors accordingly What You Bring - Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and verbal - Prior experience with international sourcing or supply chain coordination - Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness - Detail-oriented and reliable with data entry - Comfort working with numbers and structured processes - Strong organizational habits and follow-through - Ability to work independently while staying closely connected with a remote team - Familiarity with purchase order systems (bonus if you’ve used Acctivate, SellerCloud, or similar tools) Why Join Us - Stable, growing company with opportunity for long-term growth - Tight-knit, supportive team - Supportive environment with hands-on mentorship and training - Opportunity to work closely with international suppliers and expand your sourcing experience across high-demand categories - Opportunity to work with both U.S. and international partners How to Apply Send us your resume and a brief cover letter (in English or Chinese) explaining why this role interests you and how your experience aligns with it.
