Position Overview As a Heart Health Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating patient data related to heart health, maintaining electronic health records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities Accurate Data Entry : Enter and update patient data related to heart health, including medical histories, diagnostic results, treatment plans, and follow-up care. EHR Management : Maintain and update the electronic health records (EHR) system to ensure all cardiovascular-related information is accurate and up-to-date. Patient Information Processing : Process and verify patient information for cardiology appointments, procedures, and tests. File Preparation and Organization : Assist in the preparation and organization of patient files for clinical visits and cardiovascular procedures. Collaboration with Cardiology Staff : Collaborate with cardiology staff to ensure the timely entry and retrieval of patient data as needed for care coordination. Data Review and Audit : Review and audit patient data to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards. HIPAA Compliance : Ensure all data is entered in accordance with HIPAA privacy guidelines and confidentiality standards. Administrative Support : Support the cardiology team with administrative tasks, including patient scheduling and medical billing data entry.
