The Hearing Care Consultant will be responsible for conducting fittings and hearing tests, educating clients on OTC hearing aids, and maintaining excellent relationships with customers. Responsibilities Conduct simplified fittings, hearing tests, and adjusting over-the-counter hearing aids Educate clients on the most effective ways to use and benefit from our OTC hearing aids Guide patients through app installation and pair hearing aids through Bluetooth Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients Address customer questions and objections with confidence, helping them feel comfortable moving forward with a purchase Skills At least one year of relevant experience, college graduates welcome to apply!
