HEALTHCARE/IT RECRUITER - $28/HOUR - $35/HOUR - Remote | WFH
We are currently seeking a Remote Healthcare/IT Recruiter to join our team. This is a contract position that allows you to work remotely from anywhere in North Carolina. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process, including posting, sourcing, screening, background checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, and execute all phases of the recruiting process for assigned positions.
Screen applications, assess applicants' skills and experience, and select qualified candidates for consideration.
Research and implement effective recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers, develop structured interview questionnaires, and provide guidance throughout the recruiting process.
Work closely with department heads and managers during the offer process.
Maintain compliance standards for HR recordkeeping related to recruiting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field from an accredited college/university.
Two (2) years of full life cycle recruiting experience required.
Experience sourcing both passive and active candidates.
Proficient in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
Knowledge of recruiting practices, Human Capital Management systems, and employment-related laws and regulations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
