Requirements of this LPN-LVN Role:
• Active LPN/LVN license
• Home Health experience required
• 1+ year of experience within this specialty
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association

• $1,979.00 gross weekly pay to include a $1,099.00 non-taxed stipend
