Daily Responsibilities of a Dental Utilization Management Coordinator:
Working on the UM team to process referrals/authorizations for dental services
Responsible for making outbound calls to providers for missing documentation on referrals/authorizations
Processing peer-to-peer requests
Various administrative duties
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of telephonic provider communication
Previous experience working with Medicaid/Medicare
Experience working with referrals/authorizations
Computer skills - strong typing/data entry skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
WFH capability - smart phone, private work space, high speed internet
Able and willing to be vaccinated for COVID before conversion to FTE
Hours for this Position:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST
Location:
Remote in Florida
Interview: Zoom interview with manager
Length of Assignment: Right to hire (contract to perm)
