Your Role We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Healthcare Solutions Marketing Expert to be the voice of our products in the market. You will be the central hub connecting our solutions to customers, ensuring our Sales teams are empowered, our messaging is sharp, and our go-to-market strategies are aligned with the overarching vision of the company.

Key Responsibilities
• Translate your expertise in the healthcare technology market into actionable go-to-market strategies, including targeted messaging, content development, and campaign management.
• Serve as the strategic marketing bridge between cross-functional teams, particularly Sales, Product, and Solutions, to ensure cohesive execution.
• Own the market intelligence function for your solution portfolio, keeping a constant pulse on industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities.
• Develop and execute creative marketing programs that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth.
• Craft and deliver compelling sales enablement materials (e.g., presentations, battle cards, case studies) to equip our sales force for success.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and actively share insights with our global marketing organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of the healthcare technology ecosystem is essential.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for persuasive presenting.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.

Work Environment
• Flexible work arrangement: standard office or fully remote.
• Position requires a standard work week, with occasional need for after-hours availability to support business objectives.
