Healthcare SaaS Implementation Specialist (HIPAA Platform Setup – Short-Term Contract)
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare SaaS Implementation Specialist to configure and customize a HIPAA-compliant platform (CharmHealth or similar) for our MVP launch. This is a short-term contract project (2–4 weeks). Responsibilities • Configure HIPAA-compliant platform (CharmHealth or similar) • Customize patient intake forms (mobile collection workflow) • Set up e-sign consents • Configure scheduling system • Create role-based access levels • Configure employer account portal (basic) • Set up secure document upload • Assist with Stripe subscription integration • Ensure 2FA + secure access settings are properly configured • Provide basic documentation for internal admin use Qualifications • Experience configuring healthcare EMR or telehealth systems • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance principles • Experience with healthcare intake workflows • Familiarity with subscription-based SaaS setup • API configuration experience (preferred but not required) • Must be available for weekly Zoom check-ins Apply tot his job
