Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract (Through December 2025)
Pay Rate: $33/hour
Schedule: Flexible start time between 7 AM β 9 AM; core business hours
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Healthcare Recruiting Specialist to support high-volume recruitment for essential roles across the organization. This hybrid contract role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional on-site days and is ideal for a driven recruiter experienced in fast-paced, full-cycle healthcare hiring.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
β’ Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent solutions
β’ Source qualified candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS tools
β’ Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with applicants, hiring managers, and HR colleagues
β’ Represent the organization as an employer of choice while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
β’ Utilize Taleo (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows
Requirements:
β’ Minimum 2 years of recent full-cycle recruiting experience
β’ Required: Experience recruiting for Revenue Cycle roles (e.g., billing, coding, provider education, leadership, central authorization)
β’ Preferred: High-volume and corporate recruiting background
β’ Strong proficiency with Taleo and online sourcing platforms
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
