Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract (Through December 2025)
Pay Rate: $33/hour
Schedule: Flexible start time between 7 AM – 9 AM; core business hours
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Healthcare Recruiting Specialist to support high-volume recruitment for essential roles across the organization. This hybrid contract role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional on-site days and is ideal for a driven recruiter experienced in fast-paced, full-cycle healthcare hiring.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent solutions
• Source qualified candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS tools
• Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with applicants, hiring managers, and HR colleagues
• Represent the organization as an employer of choice while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Utilize Taleo (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of recent full-cycle recruiting experience
• Required: Experience recruiting for Revenue Cycle roles (e.g., billing, coding, provider education, leadership, central authorization)
• Preferred: High-volume and corporate recruiting background
• Strong proficiency with Taleo and online sourcing platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
