As Healthcare Quality Improvement Analyst at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. What you will be doing Conducting outcomes research studies and analyses. Conducts appropriate literature searches, review of literature and data extraction under direction of senior staff Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement outcomes research protocols. Examining outcomes data to identify trends, patterns, and impacts on patient outcomes. Contributing to the development of evidence-based strategies for optimizing healthcare delivery and patient care. Communicating findings through reports, presentations, and publications. Your profile Bachelor’s degree required in Public Health, Health Services Research, Epidemiology, Health Policy, Medical Education, or a related field. Master's or doctoral degree preferred.. Proficiency in literature search strategies using databases such as PubMed/Medline, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar. Conducts internet research to gather, analyze, and summarize appropriate information for incorporation into various documents Conducts and assists with data collection, including conducting interviews and co-moderating focus groups Conducts internet research to gather, analyze, and summarize appropriate information for incorporation into various documents Conducts and assists with data collection, including conducting interviews and co-moderating focus groups Experience in outcomes research, preferably in a clinical or pharmaceutical setting. Proficiency in statistical analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
