Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a Healthcare and/or Information Technology (IT) environmentExperience1 years - Relevant work experience in EIT at BCBS2 years Relevant work experience in a Healthcare and/or IT settingSkills\CertificationsProject Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAMP), and/or Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification is a plus, but not required.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Intermediate experience with Pivot Tables, Visio, SharePoint List Builder or Site Creator, and/or MS Power Platform a plus.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills required.
