Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare payer industry. Utilize customer feedback and data insights to improve existing products and develop new product offerings. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and industry partners. Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential risks or opportunities for product development. Lead product training and education initiatives for internal teams and external stakeholders. Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure the success of product offerings.
