Develop and implement innovative strategies for Cigna's marketplace and exchange business, with the goal of improving the healthcare industry.
Conduct thorough research and analysis on healthcare economics and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure successful implementation of strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies and make adjustments as needed.
Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes related to the marketplace and exchange business.
Provide thought leadership and guidance to the organization on emerging trends and best practices in the healthcare industry.
Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the healthcare industry.
Serve as a subject matter expert and represent Cigna in industry events and conferences.
Stay within budget and meet project deadlines.
Mentor and train junior team members.
