Healthcare IT Recruiter
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a HCIT Recruiter, you will partner with the Business Development team to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions for our project and client needs.Building and maintaining a network of resources focused on our core business areasCommunicating with current and net new resources and leads to identify and understand their skill set, needs, ideal projectsLeading the facilitation of technical discussions with team and prospectsEnsuring clients satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.Maintaining communication with existing and previous consultants, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.Maintaining detailed reports of activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Source, screen interview, and evaluate candidates for project opportunitiesBuild and Foster long-term relationships with candidatesReview and understand technical job requirements and technical skillsDevelop strategies designed to qualify candidates for client opportunitiesNegotiate pay rates with consultants based on opportunityWork with sales team to help drive the delivery strategy
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting in an agency settingHCIT Recruiting experience highly preferredHistory of exceeding individual goals while enhancing winning teamsStrong work ethic and commitmentBachelors Degree preferred
