Healthcare Inside Sales Referral Liaison Remote Weekends

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor electronic referral systems to accept or decline referrals based on leadership guidance
- Develop connections with discharge planners to drive additional referrals using inside sales tactics
- Collaborate with location leadership and outside sales teams to optimize referral flow
- Gather and send referral information to the intake team for processing
- Participate in sales blitz campaigns and provide after-hours support as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of inside sales or online customer service experience
- Must have a mobile phone, reliable high-speed internet, and sufficient workspace for multiple monitors if working remotely
- Willingness to participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations
- Residency in a state where the employer currently operates
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Familiarity with healthcare referral processes and patient care environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of social selling techniques, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn
