What You’ll Do: Are you a dynamic healthcare recruiter with proven experience in recruiting dentists, nurses, and allied and clinical healthcare professionals, ready to take charge of your pipeline and unlock unlimited earning potential? At Mission Box Technologies, we’re looking for a driven Healthcare & Dental Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment including dentists, nurses, allied health professionals, and other clinical specialists. Benefits & Compensation:Uncapped Commissions: 12-30% of revenue per successful placementFully Remote: Must have high-speed internet and a dedicated workspaceBase Salary: $26,000 - $30,000 (discussed during screening)OTE Range: $49,000 - $170,000+ annuallyPlacement-Driven Model: Total earnings depend on number and value of placementsOn-Target Earnings (OTE):Your base salary is guaranteed. Commissions are earned per successful placement and calculated as a percentage of the revenue each placement generates.
