Type quickly and accurately (over 40 wpm).
Have a strong command of the English language (bilingualism a plus!).
Are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Enjoy working independently and as part of a team.

Experience in customer service or help desk support.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
