Principal Responsibilities
ย Accurately input data into the QuickClaim system using provided images.
ย Identify document types based on accompanying documentation.
ย Review and verify entered data meets quality standards.
ย Maintain strict confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
ย Collaborate professionally with team members as needed.
ย Propose suggestions for process improvements.
ย Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within designated timelines.
ย Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Hourly Pay and Schedule
ย $12 per hour.
ย Full-time preferred, with part-time opportunities available.
ย Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
ย Shifts available Monday to Friday between 8:00am-9:00pm CST.

ย Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
ย Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
ย High attention to detail.
ย Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions.
ย Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
ย Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
ย Typing Speed: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy (WPM Typing Test) OR 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy (KPH Typing Test).
