We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to perform entry-level application administration tasks for our client. This role involves meticulous data entry and ensuring accurate setup of organizational and user credentials in our new application platform.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) to input data accurately and efficiently.
Communicate effectively in English; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
Previous experience in tier 1 helpdesk support and triage will be advantageous.
Additional Requirements
Must have reliable internet connection.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment
This position is fully remote, with shifts ranging from 8 AM - 5 PM to 11 AM - 8 PM EST to support various divisions.
Interview Process
Expect a 30-minute video interview conducted by Alfonso.
