Your Role In Our Mission

Serve as an analyst specializing in T-MSIS and DSS data processing and reporting.

Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues and enhance reporting efficiency.

Utilize quantitative data analysis to interpret member, provider, claims, and encounter data.

Communicate technical data insights effectively to non-technical team members.

Conduct investigative studies using SQL and Data Warehouse to identify and rectify errors in T-MSIS and DSS processed data.

Assist in preparing responses to inquiries from regulatory bodies and partners like CMS, Mathematica, EDS, and IBM.

Develop and implement enhancements to T-MSIS and DSS data processes, including Source-To-Target (S2T) revisions.

Create and execute test plans for data quality issues across different testing phases (DEV, SIT, UAT).

Collaborate with business users and development teams to analyze data quality issues and implement solutions.

Provide support in resolving T-MSIS data quality issues and DSS inquiries, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.

What We're Looking For

Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Data Analyst.

Proficiency in MMIS, healthcare systems, Medicaid, CHIP data, and HealthPass.

Strong Skills In SQL And SSIS With Hands-on Experience.

Familiarity with TMSIS (Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System).

Experience in test strategy development, including drafting test plans and leading testing activities.
