This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package. Responsibilities: • Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Business Analytics matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. • Works in collaboration with business leaders to provide strategic partnership in analytics, identify and prioritize opportunities for impact, develop analytic solutions, leverage data science and technology capabilities, embed analytics-driven processes, operationalize and measure impact, to support decision making and execution based on data, facts and analytical findings across different parts of the organization.• Performs complex data research and analysis to support business operations including: creating data mining architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets. • May conduct more in-depth research with goal of breaking new ground in business data analytics. • Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines. • Recognized internally as “the go-to person” for the most complex Business Analytics assignments.Requirements: • SQL, Excel, Data analysis, Databricks and python • Knowledge of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Experience in Regulatory Grade analytics or Real world evidence is highly desired • Knowledge of health care and/or PBM industry preferred #LI-Remote #LI-SC1This offer from ""Conexess Group"" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 72% flex score.
