What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Handle and resolve up to 60 calls daily in a fast-paced call center environment
• Communicate directly with patients, affiliate partners, payers, and healthcare providers
• Collect payments and provide guidance on payment options for outstanding balances
• Update patient accounts with new or corrected information and request itemized statements
• Explain medical bills and clarify patient financial responsibilities, including deductibles and copays

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience, with a preference for 2 years in medical billing and direct patient contact in a call center
• Technical proficiency in relevant systems and software
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity with sound judgment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Experience with insurance billing and medical terminology
