Title: Healthcare Consultant I Location: Remote Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST Duration: 3 months with strong extension potential Key Points: Remote role requiring Miami-Dade County residency and bilingual Spanish/English skills. Involves 75% travel to member homes, ALFs, and SNFs. Coordinates case management for Medicaid Long Term Care members, including assessments and care plans. Utilizes critical thinking, motivational interviewing, and negotiation skills to support member health outcomes. Ensures regulatory compliance, addresses quality-of-care concerns, and maintains accurate documentation.
