What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patient financial situations and repayment guidelines
- Utilize HIPAA and TCPA compliance during calls
- Ensure required statements are sent and request additional statements as necessary
- Manage patient disputes by gathering information and escalating issues when needed
- Assist with outbound calls as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma
- Minimum of six months of customer service experience in a related field
- Ability to manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to needs
- Strong oral communication skills and ability to listen effectively
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates degree
- Two years of related experience
