Healthcare Client Onboarding Specialist - Remote | WFH

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Implementation and Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing support to our clients. The ideal candidate will excel in CRM software, analytics tools, and have a proven track record of nurturing and managing client relationships in a dynamic environment. We... are looking for someone with 2-3 years of customer support experience, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with CRM systems, ideally within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding and Account Maintenance:

Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Communicate with internal Client Service and Relationship Managers to gather necessary client documentation for account setup and maintenance.

Use CRM software to manage and track client interactions and onboarding progress.

Collaborate with leadership and clients to identify and address staffing needs for new accounts.

Assist with onboarding activities to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate customer data and generate reports.

Client Support And Relationship Management

Provide ongoing support to clients after onboarding, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Manage and cultivate client relationships by delivering outstanding service and exceeding expectations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, operations, and sales teams to enhance the onboarding and support experience.

Collaboration And Stakeholder Management

Work effectively with clients and internal teams to meet client needs and address concerns.

Partner with the global operations team to ensure consistent service delivery across different regions.

Engage with key stakeholders through clear communication and presentations, providing insights and updates as needed.

Process Improvement And Analytics

Develop and monitor process and performance metrics to drive business priorities and measure efficiency.

Utilize analytics tools to interpret data, provide actionable insights, and support strategic goals through data visualization.

Lead projects to enhance reporting content and advance strategic business objectives.

Troubleshoot reporting or operational issues, implementing solutions quickly.

Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients and partners.

Demonstrate extensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Subject Matter:

Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics tools.

Experience in developing complex data visualizations.

Ability to clean, aggregate, and preprocess data from various sources.

Expertise in overseeing client account openings, developing process metrics, and conducting data analysis.

Skills

Excellent decision-making, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Exceptional presentation skills for engaging and informing stakeholders.

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team, including across multiple locations and time zones.
