The Role
As a Healthcare Client Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful onboarding and integration of our solutions for our healthcare clients. You will be the primary point of contact, leading clients through the entire implementation process from initial planning to go-live and beyond. Under this role you will also support some non-implementation projects as Project Manager.
Responsibilities
Partner with new healthcare clients to understand their specific needs and goals.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Lead and coordinate the implementation team, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication between internal teams and clients.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure client staff are comfortable using our solutions.
Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Document the entire implementation process for future reference and improvement.
Coordinate with Operations the go live dates and project requirements in advance allowing the Operations team to do the necessary adjustments (staff, equipment, PO boxes, driver routes, etc.)
Collaborate with product development teams to address client feedback and propose enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Proven experience in leading and managing complex implementations.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations and workflows.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Experience with healthcare IT systems (a plus).
PMP certification (a plus)
Green Belt Six Sigma certification (a plus).
Experience with EDI (a plus)
