Strong attention to detail and focus to ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Review final claims folders before submission to insurance companies
Combine documents online and send them via electronic fax to various healthcare providers
Ensure accuracy by comparing claim amounts and resolving discrepancies
Answer emails from offices and insurance companies regarding claim statuses
Utilize problem-solving skills to research and resolve claim inconsistencies
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in data entry preferred
