What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Visit provider offices to assist with medical record transfers
Collaborate with Clinical Consultants to identify practice workflows and areas for improvement
Coordinate with practices to generate reports from the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Organize and reconcile patient lists to ensure accuracy
Track and maintain scheduling templates and coordinate rescheduling of patients as necessary
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in a provider office or as a Medical Assistant
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a healthcare-related administrative role
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
Ability to travel to provider offices up to 5 days per week
