What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Visit provider offices to assist with medical record transfers
Collaborate with clinical consultants to identify practice workflows and areas for improvement
Coordinate with practices to generate reports from the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Organize and reconcile patient lists to ensure accuracy
Track patient rescheduling needs and coordinate new appointments with internal teams and clients
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in provider office administration or as a Medical Assistant
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to multitask
Willingness to travel to provider offices up to 5 days per week
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a healthcare setting or related field
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Proven track record of optimizing workflows in a clinical environment
Strong analytical skills for report generation and data analysis
Previous experience in coordinating patient engagement initiatives
