Your responsibilities will include conducting regular rounds, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
? Provide direct supervision to nursing staff on the forensic unit
? Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
? Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans
? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
? Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
? Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in accordance with Florida Statute 464
? Two years of Registered Nursing experience
? Strong clinical skills and effective leadership qualities
? Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills
