Key Responsibilities
Ā Assist in the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Ā Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile balance sheets, and generate reports.
Ā Work extensively with Excel to analyze and manage data.
Ā Collaborate on ad hoc projects as needed to support the team during a period of transition.
Technology
Ā Currently operating on Oracle, with a planned transition to Workday in 2025.
Qualifications
Ā 2-5 years of accounting experience, with a solid understanding of journal entries, reconciliation, and general ledger processes.
Ā Experience working with Oracle is required; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
Ā A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Ā Healthcare industry experience is a plus, though not required.
