Responsibilities
Gathers health data and reviews biometric measurements to pinpoint gaps in healthcare and provide disease-specific education and interventions designed for the identified deficiencies under the direction and supervision of a provider, qualified healthcare professional, or registered nurse.
Convey policies and guidelines to personnel, patients, visitors, and government entities as necessary.
Qualifications
Acquiring a high school diploma or GED showcases a level of educational competency and dedication
CPR certified
CNA/HCA certified
LPN Preferred
Preference will be given to those with one year of experience in a long-term care facility
