Job Description:
As a sales associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and inspiring individuals on their journey to improved health and well-being. You will be responsible for providing advice, product information, product sales, personalized support, and motivation to help clients achieve their health and nutrition goals. Your primary focus will be to educate, empower, and encourage clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to assess their health and nutrition needs, set realistic goals, and develop personalized action plans.
2. Provide guidance on dietary choices, exercise routines, stress management, and overall wellness practices.
3. Support clients in overcoming barriers to success and help them stay motivated throughout their health journey.
4. Monitor client progress, track key health metrics, and make adjustments to individual plans as needed.
5. Educate clients on our products and services that align with their health goals.
6. Acquire your own clients and guide them through information to help them get started on the products that best serve their needs.
7. Uphold the company's commitment to integrity and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in health coaching, wellness consulting, sales or a related role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong self motivation with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to inspire and encourage others.
4. Empathetic and compassionate approach to client interactions.
5. Commitment to coachability and training on our products and a deep commitment to our mission.
6. A dedication to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
