Health Nurse (RN) Job Duties:
? Managing the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
? Coordinating medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
? Administering medications accurately
? Complying with infection control, emergency procedures, and other facility policies
? Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best care outcomes
? Reporting any abnormal changes in residents' conditions promptly
Health Nurse (RN) Requirements:
? A valid RN license issued by the state
? CPR certification is required
? One year of prior nursing experience is preferred
